Lindau (hopefully Bodolz) flat search

I was a travel industry manager then software engineer in the USA 15 years ago, lived in Prague and Berlin for a few years, practical years in Italy's Uni hospitals in the North, Rome and the South, and lived in Turkey for almost 10 years. I am now graduated as medical doctor. I'm Christian and i still long to do humanitarian services in Europe/Mid East , but for the next 5 years at least, we are looking to settle down in Germany as long term home, especially through Residency (Facharzt training years. ) I am learning German to get the German Approbation, before my husband can come to Germany. Our very well behaved neutered housecat is with me. He is like our child and needs a balcony or terrace for exercise. We have been temporarily Living in Eckernförde, SH., and I need to find a suitable flat as soon as possible to move to. Lindau or Augsburg or Regensburg. My husband works as a yacht master in the Aegean sea. At present, we are looking for short term or long term or flatshare in the beginning (just because it seems challenging to find something long distance. Otherwise i would prefer long term , so that i can buy proper appliances and concentrate efforts) to start German MD examination preparation courses and Hospitation. We are compassionate, friendly, quiet, clean and respectful persons. We love helping people and animals in need, yet we are very hygienic to do our best for everyone's health and safety.
