I am a masters student and my partner is a warehouse employee in Mannheim. We are looking for a new place to move to from March 2023 in one of the aforementioned areas. Ideally the apartment should be 35sqm or more, have a fitted kitchen and it would be nice if it also has some additional furnishing.
We are a quiet and responsible couple with no pets, and non smokers.
