2 Professionals Looking for Long Term Accomodation

My name is Hugo and my colleague and I are looking for a two bedroom place to stay with a kitchen (furnished or not) for the next year while we work in Munich. So a little about us, we both work for Airbus Bank in the old town so near there for a short commute would be massively beneficial. We are both very active people, I (in the photos) play for München Rugby football Club, we both play for the Munich Colmcilles which is a Gaelic football team and borh like to gym in the times around that. We tend to keep ourselves very busy so usually out of the house by 8:30 and not back until 10ish most days. We both enjoy talking to people but professional above everything and prioritise our jobs and sports first so we dont tend to have people over or socialise much. In terms of cooking, we like to meal prep so we usually have one day (usually Sundays) where we cook most of our meals for the week. At the end of the day, we are disciplined but very easy going and ideally would like a landlord who we can get on with throughout the course of our stay as thats most important.
