Apartament in Munchen from middle April

Good morning,

I am currently in the process of transitioning from Switzerland to Munich due to a career opportunity with my Company (in the Luxury Industry). Indeed, I'm looking for an apartment from the middle of April for me and my girlfriend. I would like to find an apartment close to the city center because I will work mainly in Maximilianstrasse. However, I'll be in Munich from January, so I am available to visit different possible apartments. I do not smoke and I do not own pets.
