Two Aerospace Engineering Master's students from TU Munich (Garching campus) looking for accommodation in Munich! Me and my friend are Italian, very respectful of the place we live in and with a lot of experience in living in rent.

I am Gregorio, an Italian aerospace engineering Master's student coming from the Delft University of Technology, the Netherlands, where I got my Bachelor's degree.
As I will be in Munich for the next school year (2024/2025) to pursue a double degree with TU Munich (Garching campus), I am currently looking into housing options for two people (me and a friend in the same situation as me, Italian Master's student) in Munich. Me and my friend are very clean, kind, and respectful guys with a lot of care for the place we live in! Being this our fourth year abroad, we know how to manage rental situations and keep healthy and stable relationships with our landlord. We do not throw parties and are very quiet neighbours :)
We are economically stable and financially backed by our families.

PS: me and my friend both have years experience with living in rent and spend little time at home due to our work and studies, and can provide all the required documents (SCHUFA (jetzt beantragen) , proof of income, etc.) with no problems and hastily of course!
