Female PhD student looking for a 2 room Apartment

Dear Madam/ Sir,

My friend and I are looking for an apartment preferably but not exclusively in the Maxvorstadt or the Neuhausen area.

I am a PhD student at the TUM in the field of engineering and as a PhD student I am employed by the university as a "wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiterin". I therefore have a fixed and steady income. My friend who I want to share an apartment with, is currently working full time at the Munich airport. She will however, begin working for the university starting from the 1st of October 2014 as a "wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiterin" too. We are both female, very clean, and very quiet. We do not smoke and we do not have pets. We can provide complete documentations concerning our jobs and income.

We would very much prefer to find an apartment with two bedrooms but if we find a nice place with only one bedroom we are willing to share since we are very good friends (practically sisters). Please let me know if you have anything available.
