I am a DAAD scholarship holder from Ghana. I need an apartment in munich as soon as possible for a longer period like 1yr to 3years. I would prefer a place that is not too far from the city center or the university. I am a phd student in LMU, very quiet, non-smoker and friendly. i speak average german and fluent english. I am 30years old.
