2/3 room apartment need for long term rent

Hello,

We are a married couple, 30 and 35 years old, recently relocated to Munich and are currently looking for a long-term rent apartment.

We are interested in a 2/3 room apartment in the city or a house/apartment in the surroundings of Munich. In both cases, what is important for us is the place to be near S-bahn or U-bahn.

I am working in a German company with a permanent contract and good monthly income, so if needed, I can provide a copy of the contract, pay slips, and recommendation letter from my employer. In addition, our CVs are available too, if necessary.
