Scientist & IT Nerd Need a New Flat from February

Herr Doctor David Green (32) & Frau Susannah Roush (29) are looking for a new apartment to start before 1/2/2018. David is a scientist at the Max Planck Institute for Physics and Susannah is an IT Systems Administrator with a technology company. We have been a couple for 5 years and are getting married next year. We are reliable and quiet. In our spare time we like to bake cakes and bread, cook together, and take weekend trips to the countryside. We have two cats, one large and shy named Juno and one small and friendly named Cricket. We have a combined income of €5,000 net and references from previous landlords. Our current apartment is a short-term lease and is up soon so we are looking.


We are looking for a flat for long term rental. We do not have a car, so a short walk to an S or U Bahn station is essential. Equipped kitchen-- we are OK with buying it from previous tenant. Unfurnished is OK. Warm rent of no more than €1450. Need to move before 1 February.
