A room or an apartment for 2 students

Hello,
I am Mohamed Youssef, a 22 years old. I had pursued my Bachelor degree from Alexandria University, Egypt in Electromechanical engineering, and i will start a master degree in TUM in the winter semester. I had visited Germany twice for 20 days and for 45 days , and actually i was learning German there. I speak Arabic, English and a not very good German. I and my friend are searching for an apartment or a room for 2 persons, which we can live there for the whole period for the master degree which is 2 years . My friend is 22 years old too and have also pursued his bachelor degree, he can speak Arabic and English and still learning German. The most important thing we are looking for is a furnished apartment with 2 beds .
