Look for 3 room apartment

We are looking for a 3 room apartment with 2 bedrooms preferably located close to the S-bahn station starting on the 1st of June.

We are a young couple without animal, not playing any instrument, non smokers and we are calm and don't party. We want to rent furnished or unfurnished apartments including a kitchen but if possible including internet cost too. Our final budget is 1300€ per month, all costs included. Also we can understand German but speak it not so much.

My name is Charline Amette and I'm coming from France. I am Technician assistant working for Lehrstuhl für Tierphysiologie und -immunologie in TUM in Weihenstephan.

My partner is Hanwool Park coming from South Korea and he is Master student in TUM. He is also working as work student for Nippon Seiki in München.

We earn together around 3000€ per month. We can furnish our SCHUFA (jetzt beantragen) , Selbstauskunft and other documents concerning our jobs.
