My boyfriend, Tobias, and I, Emma, are searching for an apartment with one bedroom on the U6 or in Garching, ideally near Kieferngarten for long term rental.
I am studying a masters of mathematics at TUM and Tobias is finishing his masters thesis in physics before soon starting a PhD as the Max Planck Institute. We both enjoy spending time in the outdoors hiking and climbing and are quiet, clean and respectful tenants.
My parents will pay my rent and Tobias will be employed by the Max Planck Institute. Tobias' parents are also willing to pay rent in the unlikely case that Tobias is unable to pay rent. We do not smoke or have any pets. Tobias is bilingual in German and English, so we are happy to communicate in German or English.
