TUM master student needs female flat

I'm a female, 23 years old, and going to study Master in the Technical University of Munich.
I will be in Germany on 10/08/2019, and will definitely have time to take a look at the house and talk to you face to face from 21/08/2019 to 27/09/2019 because I'm going to take a trip in Switzerland and Germany from 09/08/2019 to 21/08/2019!!!!
I need to move in at least on 28/09/ 2019, and at least 1-year rent will be great.
