one single room in a flat/house or 1-bedroom apartment in Munich

Hello,

My name is Naz. I am looking for a one single room in a flat/house in Munich. I am going to start my Masters degree in Molecular Cellular Biology at LMU. I am planning move to Munich in the beginning of October 2019. The location is preferably anywhere between LMU Biocampus Martinsried, Großhaderner Str. and Maxvorstadt.

I am 24 years old, female, non-smoker, easy-going, friendly and clean person. I really like to spend time together in the weekends. I do not have any pet but I like animals a lot and it is okay for me to live with them. I also like childrens very much and it is not a problem for me to living in a house with childrens. My priority is finding a permanent place for at least 1-year but I might be considering some opportunities for 3-4 months as a temporary solution. I do not smoke but it is not disturbing me if anyone wants to smoke in the house. I would be very happy if I can find a room with rent up to 600€.
