Rent request

Dear Receiver ,

My name is Jon Jetullahu and I am 19 years old. My friend Redon Murati (19) and I are searching for a new home. Currently we are living on an another apartment, which we share between 3 friends, with a rent of 1800€. As probably desired by you, we are both nonsmokers and don’t have any pets. Our current landlords describe us as very reliable, silent tenants, whom have never missed a single monthly rent payment even by one day. We will treat your apartment responsibly. We can provide the contact to our current landlords, if you want us to.

We two currently live in Leuchtenbergring, but as the other friend of ours will leave the country, we are now in search for a 2-tenant apartment. We both are students here in Munich where we study Finances, and we also work long night shifts, so practically we will only be on the apartment to sleep. We can submit salary certificates. We have been living in munich for more than one year, and we feel to be very responsible tenants.

We spend our free time outdoors exercising during the summer, if it is raining or cold outside, we go to the climbing gym. I am more into the numbers, as Redon is more of the practical aspect of business. If the apartment needs upgrades of any kind, we will be helping with pleasure.
