Hi! My name is Mariia Partyka, originally from Ukraine. 32 years old. I moved to Germany 6 years ago. I am working in Fintech industry for 10 years as Test Manager. Having permanent working contract. I am single, without kids. No pets. No smoker.
I like traveling, good in cooking and backing. And since last 4 years I am real fun of board games.
Currently I am leaving in Giesing, in very nice but small apartment. Under impact of the COVID19, our company changed to home office permanently, therefore I am searching places where I can have enough space for working place.
As finally I was able to get my driving license and want to buy a car, I am searching for apartment with parking slot or Garage.
I am friendly, very easy to communicate person. Most of the time I am working or studying, therefor I am looking for quite place with friendly neighbors. For me is highly important to feel secure and comfortable home.
Ideal place for me should be full of light, in inner stadt, but happy to consider other city parts reaching with U-bahn. At least 2 rooms with EBK, balcon or terace, with garage or parking slot. Warm ~1300
My notice period for current apartment 3 month, but moving date can be negotiated.
Documents like shufa, proof of income, etc can be provided upon interest.
