We are looking for a furnished apartment 1 or 2 rooms in Munich that we can move in September. We urgently need our new flat as the current lease will expire in September. I can obtain a letter of recommendation from the current landlord.

Who are we?

I am Aylya Istanbullu, I work in 2 jobs, full time and mini-job. My monthly net income is over 2500 EUR. I worked as a lawyer in Turkey for 8 years and now with my friend we also provide consultancy on Turkish Law to Turkish citizens living in Germany. My husband Ömer worked as a marketing manager in international companies for years. He is educated at MBA level, speaks English well and is learning German. He is also an expert in graphic design. An addition , we have savings so we dont want to landlords to be suspicious about rent paying.

We love doing sports, cooking together, traveling, watching movies, meeting new people and beeing social. We do not smoke. We are a compatible couple and we have a lot of fun together.

We are both 31 years old. I have Turkish citizenship and Bulgarian citizenship. For this reason, we do not have a work permit and residence permit problem.
