Looking for a flat in Eberswalders or Prenzlauer Berg.

I hope my email finds you well. My name is Karam, and I am interested in renting an apartment in Eberswalder Str., Prenzlauer Berg or in any area on the S-Bahn between Pankow and Potsdamer Platz.

Here is some information about me:
I have moved from Istanbul to Berlin five months ago, with a student visa after receiving a good scholarship to finish my studies. I study Economics, Politics, and Social Thought at an American university called Bard College Berlin in Pankow, and I work after my classes at a development company in Potsdamer Platz that supports non-governmental organizations working on education in Syria.

I want the flat to be, is in the area between my school and my office. I was thinking of moving out of the current housing situation on-campus in the summer (1st of May). I can provide you with all the documents for the insurance.

And, if need be, I can pay directly two months of rent up-front in addition to the other payments you are asking for (deposit, insurance, monthly rent).
