My partner and I are looking for an apartment in Potsdam (or nearby regions) with the possibility of registration for a long-term rent starting from April 2023. Both of us are working in Fraunhofer institute (we can show the employment contract if needed as a proof of capability of payment). We can also applied for Schufa (jetzt beantragen) if requested. We have no pets and we are very quiet, friendly person.
It is desirable to find an apartment with two rooms (furnished or partially furnished) with convenient transport connections. Budget up to 900 euros (Warmmiete). If you need more information about us or have any questions, write us. We will be grateful for any options, advice and suggestions!
