My partner, Dennis, and I are searching for our new home in Tübingen!
We are looking for an apartment with a nice, functional kitchen as we love to cook and have friends over for dinner. The location of the apartment would ideally be within 10 minutes bus ride from central Tübingen and have a cellar/storage area. We would like to have some outdoor space (balcony, terrace... but it's not essential).
We have recently moved here from New Zealand so that I can do my PhD at the Zentrum für Molekularbiologie der Pflanzen at the University - I have an employment contract and residence permit and Dennis is an employed German citizen. Our current apartment is a zwischenmieter and we have a flexible move out date (around June). We plan to live in Tübingen for 5-10 years. We have never been smokers, we don't have pets, and we are great tenants!
