Looking for an old TANTE EMMI LADEN / STOREFRONT somewhere in Germany (preferably south/west Germany!

TUBINGEN, or BADEN BADEN or LORRACH or BADEN WEILER any where in that MARKSGRAFLERLAND / schwartzwald, etc.,

Does anyone have any tips on buying or renting a small OLD TANTE EMMI LADEN somewhere in this area of GERMANY.
By this i mean, an old UNRENNOVATED maybe untouched from the 40s or 50s or 60s…shop.
Usually you have the shop in the front and there is a place in the back to LIVE!! I know sometimes there are small shops that are used as storage space..
I am looking at moving from BERLIN to a small city or village in Germany to find some quiet, nature and contemplation to write.
I am on a budget… don’t have that much money.
I’m an artist / writer from NY (my mother was German) and
have been working on a book while working with old people as PFLEGER.
I am quiet, respectful, pay rent on time, have good work references (if renting)considerate, good humored, and looking for kind seller or VERMIETER!! Looking to set up roots not just for a few months or years... I want to explore and live in this region so any tips / help would be wonderful. My German is terrible, but I speak and I do not have a car. Which i know is needed. Any ideas, tips, help. so much respect and will communicate!!
