Ich biete meine Wohnung für den genannten Zeitraum, bei Bedarf auch länger, zur Zwischenmiete an.
Zuletzt hatte ich die Wohnung an eine Polizeischülerin für ein Jahr untervermietet und war damit sehr zufrieden.
Die Wohnung wurde vor kurzem renoviert und neu eingerichtet. Sie besteht aus einem Flur, einem Bad, einer Küche, einem Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und einem Esszimmer/Stube.
WLAN und TV sind vorhanden, auch sonst ist die Wohnung komplett eingerichtet. Es darf alles benutzt und verbraucht werden.
Es handelt sich dabei um eine Privatwohnung. Für mich ist das wichtigste, daß pfleglich damit umgegangen wird.

Die Wohnung liegt Zentrums-nah aber ruhig in einer kleinen Seitenstraße an der B6.
Die BA ist 5 min zu Fuß entfernt. Der Busbahnhof 10 min zu Fuß. Der Bahnhof 15 min zu Fuß. Ins Zentrum braucht man 15 min zu Fuß.
Parkplätze vor dem Haus sind ausreichend vorhanden.
Gästefahrrad ist vorhanden.
WLAN+Waschmaschine sind vorhanden.
Ökostrom liegt an.
Falls noch etwas benötigt wird, bin ich bereit, es hinzu zu kaufen.
