Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit Spülmaschine, Gasherd, Backofen und großem Kühlschrank. Im Bad gibt es neben einer großen Badewanne eine Dusche und eine Waschmaschine. Internet mit 100 mBit ist inklusive.

The apartment is located on the top floor of the front building and is easily accessible by elevator. The bedroom/office faces the quiet courtyard and offers an incredible view over the rooftops of Berlin. The 2x2 m bed is also great for couples. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, gas stove, oven and large refrigerator. In the bathroom there is a large bathtub, a shower and a washing machine. Internet with 100 mBit is included.

Wir vermieten unsere 1,5-Zimmer-Wohnung unter für den Zeitraum: 07.03. - 31.03.
Verlängerungen sind nicht möglich. Die Hausverwaltung weiß Bescheid.
Vorzugsweise an eine Person zu vermieten, maximal an ein Pärchen. Wir suchen jemanden, der pfleglich mit unserer Wohnung umgeht und einmal pro Woche unsere Pflanzen gießt. Du solltest nicht zu laut sein und Nichtraucher sein oder nur auf dem Balkon rauchen.

We are subletting our 1.5 room apartment from March 7-31.
It is not possible to extend this period.
We'd prefer to sublet to one person, or a couple max. We are looking for someone who will take care of our apartment and water our plants once a week. You should not be too loud and be a non-smoker or only smoke on the balcony.
