Tolle 2 Zimmer Whg in Friedrichshain Ecke Warschauer- Boxhagener. Sauber, Dielen, schoen moebliert und ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Die Wohnung liegt im Vorderhaus ist allerdings vor ein paar Jahren saniert worden und hat neue Fenster (ist also trotzdem ruhig). Vorteil ist das sie viel Licht bekommt und der Balkon auf die Boxhagener rausgeht - man also was vom Friedrichshainer Leben mitkriegt.
Ideal fuer 2 Personen fuer einen Winterurlaub in Berlin.
Die Whg liegt im 4 Stock und hat keinen Aufzug, ein gewisses Grad an Ausdauer muss also mitgebracht werden :)
die Wohnubng kann entweder für eine Woche (250E pro Woche) oder auch den ganzen Zeitraum angemietet werden. Da in der Wohnung auch viele neue und hochwertige Gegenstaende sind ist eine Deposit unumgaenglich.

Nice 2 bedroom apartment in Friedichshain, corner Warschauer - Boxhagener (very central). Clean, wooden floors, furnitured - got everything one needs. The flat is in the front of the house and very light yet quiet as it is recently renovated and got new windows.
ideal for 2 people for a winter holiday in Berlin.
The apartment is on the 4th floor so you will get a free cardio with it as it hasnt got an elevator :)
The flat can be rented either weekly (250euros per week) or for the whole period. There is a lot of new stuff in the furniture so a deposit needs to be taken as well.
