Die Wohnung ist mitten im Szene-Bezirk Friedrichshain im Samariterkiez, Nahe der U Bahn Station Samariter Str. und der S Bahn Station Storkower Str, die öffentliche Verkehrsanbindung ist somit sehr gut. Der Kiez ist bekannt für seine Bars, Restaurants und Cafes. Die bekannte Simon Dach Str. ist ebenfalls fußläufig schnell zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist eine Nichtraucher-Wohnung und Tier frei (bzw. nur nach vorheriger Absprache). Sie ist im Seitenflügel und dadurch absolut ruhig! Der Garten im Innenhof kann mitgenutzt werden. Sie ist sehr gut WG geeignet, da die Zimmer getrennt voneinander begehbar sind.

Nice full furnished apartment with 2 separate rooms. Both rooms are well furnished with closets and comfortable double bed. The bigger room has a sleeping sofa (1,40 x 2m) as well.
The kitchen is huge, full equipped and has a dining area. You will find there everything for cooking (oven, coffee machine etc.). The flat is at one of the best places of Berlin, in the heart of Friedrichshain straight to the public station Storkower Str. and close to underground station Samariter Str. The area is famous for bars, Restaurants and open minded people. It's a non smokers place. Its perfect for sharing (WG) as well.
