Wunderschöne (Familien) Wohnung/ Beautiful Familyappartement

hallo!
wir sind spontan vom 2.12 - 9.12.2011 eine woche im ausland und unsere wohnung steht frei.schaut euch einfach die fotos an: für paare mit kindern ideal, aber kein muss. das große bett ist 160x200, das kinderbett 120x70, auch auf der chaiselongue 80x200 kann man gut schlafen. zusätzliche schlafmöglichkeiten ließen sich aber noch einrichten.
im kinderzimmer findet ihr rutsche, klettergerüst, höhle, holz-puppenküche, schaukel usw.
die küche ist groß genug um gut zu kochen und ohne probleme zu fünft zu essen.
ansonsten schaut ihr aus allen fenstern aufs grüne, auf einen spielplatz und riesige pappeln. wir haben wlan und einen kleinen fernseher, der uns immer ausgereicht hat. die wohnung ist wirklich ruhig und schön, ihr könnt sie gerne vorab besichtigen! falls ihr erst später anreist, wäre auch schlüsselübergabe durch die nachbarn möglich.
das beste ist jedoch die lage! zu fuß 5 min treptower park, unzählige schöne spielplätze, 5 min görlitzer park/landwehrkanal, 8 min spree, 10min schlesische straße(bars und clubs) sowie in einer s-bahn station mitten in friedrichshain. die wohnung ist nicht in mitte oder prenzlauer berg-was wir als klaren vorteil ansehen würden, weil ruhig, nicht touristisch geprägt aber trotzdem zentral.

we'll be from 22.2.2011 till 31.03.2011 on holidays. During this period, it's possible to rent our flat. take a look at the included pictures!
of course, the flat is perfect for couples with child/children, but also useable for any other.
some extra - facts:
the double bed is 160x200 cm wide, our childbed 120x70 cm and the chaiselongue (also possible and comfortable to sleep there)(80x200). we can also organize some extra beds. The appartement is equipped with wireless lan.
The flat is centrally located in Alt-Treptow (at the border to Neukölln and Kreuzberg) -
per feet it's 5 min to treptower park, görlitzer park and nice playgrounds. 10 min per feet you need to reach schlesische straße(a lot of clubs and bars are round this corner) and to the heart of friedrichshain it's only one station by s-bahn.
