Habe vor 2 Jahren WG Nähe Potsdamer Platz gegründet und möchte nun (da auch alle meine Mitbewohner umziehen *Erasmus Studenten* und ich ein Praktikum in Hamburg mache) auch umziehen. Die Wohnung ist allerdings sehr gut für eine WG geeignet, liegt sehr zentral an den Stationen s1,s2 Anhalter Bahnhof und u2 Mendelson Barth. Park.
Die Einzugsdaten/Übernahmedaten sind ab jetzt sehr flexibel. Die Vermietung ist sehr nett und es gab bisher noch keine Probleme.
Als kleines Plus hat die Wohnung auch einen Wintergarten und Abstellraum.
Ein Zimmer ist 24qm, eines 15qm und eines 14qm, zwei der Zimmer haben einen Balkon. Einbauküche ist auch vorhanden, über eine Übernahme von Waschmaschiene und Kühlschrank kann verhandelt werden;-)
Besichtigungen leider nur morgen (sonntag) möglich!
