The whole flat is 70m² and you will be renting all except my small bedroom which will stay out of the rent. Available for you are 60m² - your room is a big room fully furnished (Couch, Matrace and Douve and sheets, shelf, wardrobe, balcony) as well as big kitchen and big bathroom all for you.
Kitchen and bathroom is fully equiped (kitchen tools, fridge, washing machine, internet etc)
