Die (Wohn)Küche lädt zum Kochen ein, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine sowie sämtliche Küchengeräte sind vorhanden. Neben der Abstellkammer befindet sich auch das Bad mit natürlichem Licht und einer Badewanne. Insgesamt eine sehr geräumige und liebevoll eingerichete Wohnung die zum Wohlfühlen einlädt.

The apartment is perfect for singles/couples, but unsuitable as a shared apartment, as there is only one bedroom. The large bedroom has direct access to the balcony, and in the living room there are two desks and a painting station. Due to its southern exposure, it also has perfect light, making it very suitable for all creative projects. The (living) kitchen invites you to cook, a dishwasher, washing machine and several kitchen appliances are available. Next to the storage room there is also the bathroom with natural light and a bathtub. Overall, a very spacious and lovingly furnished apartment that invites you to feel at home

Please note: no pets, parties or smoking inside allowed. Please use the balcony for smoking, which also has a nice seating area.

Precioso, luminoso y amplio apartamento en el centro de Neukölln para alquiler por tres semanas. El apartamento está a 2 minutos a pie de una parada de metro y está perfectamente conectado con el transporte público. Hay muchos restaurantes y bares cerca , pero el apartamento sigue siendo bastante tranquilo.

El apartamento es perfecto para solter@s/parejas, pero no es adecuado como apartamento compartido, ya que solo tiene un dormitorio. El dormitorio tiene acceso directo al balcón y en el salón hay dos escritorios y un puesto de pintura. Debido a su orientación sur, también tiene una luz perfecta, lo que la hace muy adecuada para todos los proyectos creativos. La cocina invita a cocinar, hay lavavajillas, lavadora y varios electrodomésticos a disposición. Junto al trastero también se encuentra el baño con luz natural y bañera. En general, un apartamento muy espacioso y amueblado con cariño que invita a sentirse como en casa.

Tenga en cuenta: no se permiten mascotas, fiestas ni fumar en el interior. Utilice el balcón para eso, que también tiene una bonita zona de estar.
