Hallo!
Zum 1.11. wird unsere Wohnung frei und braucht einen Nachmieter. Es handelt sich um eine vor einem Jahr komplett neu sanierte Albauwohnung im Böhmischen Dorf. Der U-Bahnhof Karl-Marx-Str. sowie der S-Bahnhof Sonnenallee sind gut erreichbar.
Die Wohnung hat 2 große und ein sehr kleines Zimmer, dafür aber eine schöne, komfortable Wohnküche, die über eine Einbauküche verfügt. D.h. Herd, Kühlschrank und Schränke sind vorhanden.
Wenn Ihr Interesse habt, meldet Euch einfach bei mir und kommt vorbei!
Es wäre übrigens auch möglich, das kleine Zimmer ab dem 1.10. zu mieten und dann eben ab 1.11. die gesamte Wohnung zu übernehmen.
