Hello there :)
It's 4 years since I'm leaving in this lovely flat. I've been here for 2 years with a roommate and alone for another 2 years. During that time I improve the flat a lot and made it a cozy home, just 5 minutes from Tempelhof field.
Since corona started I had to shift to the home office schedule, and my prediction says it will stay that way for some years (I work as a developer in IT). Due to that, I came to an understanding I'll need a bigger flat, where I can separate work from daily life.
I'm seeking a bigger flat, in around 80-100m2 (more or less). It can be 3 rooms or 2 rooms with a very big room. A studio flat can be also considered. The location should have an accessible public transit nearby at least a 10-15 min walk.
The budget can become up to 1300€.

The flat located in a side street on Hermanstrasse, just on a Platz. The balcony is facing south so there's sun all day, and a lot of green from the trees in summer, the bedroom (north) is facing a park/graveyard, which is full of green and quiet.
Pulic transportation is easy accicble via Hermannstraße sBahn is 7 min walk to the south, and U8 Leinestr is 7 min walk to north.
There are a lot of stores and supermarkets on Hermannstraße easily accessible by walking.
