Prenzlauer Berg is one of the most popular neighbourhoods in Berlin & my apartment is right by Kollwitz Platz which a great advantage, you're in the heart of the neighbourhood and can walk everywhere easily: Kulturbraurei, Mauerpark, Oderberger Strasse, Berlin Wall Memorial, Kastanienallee.

The trendy area of Kollwitzplatz is the epitome of Prenzlauer Berg living, it is packed with idyllic apartments, wonderful cafes & restaurants. There is also an organic farmers market twice a week (Thursdays & Saturdays) so there is no need to ever leave. Käthe Kollwitz called the neighborhood home in the early 1900s.

The tram station is 1 minute away and the subway (U2 at ) - a 7 min walk.

I am looking for someone considerate who will take good care of my apartment as I put a lot of effort into it. I have a 4K cinema projector in the living room which makes it extra special, very handy for those rainy nights in Berlin:)
