Cozy and fully furnished apartment near Kollwitzplatz available for six weeks. Perfect for an an individual or couple / family. Less ideal for a WG, as you need to pass through one of the rooms (currently living room) to get to the kitchen.
Die Wohnung liegt 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, vom beliebten und berühmten Kollwitzplatz. Die Straßenbahn fährt direkt vor der Tür und ist trotzdem nicht zu hören. Gute Cafés, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls unter 5 Minuten zu erreichen.

The apartment is situated a five minute walk from Kollwitzplatz. You’ll find many nice cafes and restaurants nearby. Theres a tram stop (M2) right across the street which is super convenient, and you wont hear any noise from it in the apartment as it’s in the “Hinterhaus” where it’s nice & quiet. The Ringbahn (S Prenzlauer Allee) is also in walking distance.
Die Miete bezieht sich auf einen Monat. Für eine längere oder kürzere Dauer der Zwischenmiete würde sich die Miete anteilig anpassen.
Die Miete versteht sich inklusive aller Nebenkosten (Strom & Heizung) sowie Wlan. Die Wohnung wird möbliert vermietet; Bettzeug Handtücher Küchenzubehör etc kann alles je nach Bedarf genutzt werden.
