Location

Our 67m² apartment is located on the fourth floor (without an elevator). It has an open kitchen/living room with nice lighting, a bedroom with a queen-sized bed, and one additional children's room.

We have a rather big bathroom with a bathtub and a long but narrow south-facing balcony. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher.

Preferrable we would like to rent out the place from March 30th - April 6th or April 7th.

The house is 500m from the subway station Kaiserin-Augusta-Straße. The metro takes you straight to vibrant Kreuzberg, Mitte and Wedding. The amazing Tempelhofer Feld, a former closed airport, is only two stations north. There are also several bus stops close by. The supermarkets Rewe, Lidl, Aldi, Edeka and Galeria Kaufhof are all in walking distance from the apartment. Same is true for two drug stores, a variety of decent restaurants and fast food options, pharmacies and the post office. No matter what direction you walk from the apartment, you will come across a park within just a couple of blocks. The neighborhood feels safe.
