The sunny, 79m² large apartment has two large rooms with stucco, which are connected with a double door. The whole apartment is furnished. In both rooms there are sleeping possibilities. In the bedroom there is a double bed and in the living room there is a corner sofa (one to two sleeping possibilities). We also have kids toys (like brio) and a kids bed, if you are travelling with small children. The inventory includes TV, radios, refrigerator, stove, washing machine, dishwasher, cabinets and dining and desk. Of course there is WLAN. In the kitchen you will find everything you need for cooking: Plates, cups, cutlery, pots, coffee maker etc.

Die Wohnung besteht aus: 2 Zimmern. 1 Schlafzimmer, 1 Wohnzimmer, vollausgestattete Küche. Strom- und Heitzkosten sowie Internet sind inklusive.
Auch kürzere Mietdauer innerhalb des angegebenen Zeitraumes möglich. Mindestmietdauer: 3 Tage!
Die sonnige, 79m² große Wohnung hat zwei große Altbau Zimmer mit Stuck, die mit einer Flügeltür verbunden sind. Die komplette Wohnung ist möbliert. In beiden Zimmern gibt es Schlafmöglichkeiten. Im Schlafzimmer befindet sich ein Doppelbett und im Wohnzimmer ein Ecksofa (ein bis zwei Schlafmöglichkeiten). Im Schlafzimmer befindet sich ein Kinderbett und mehrere Spielsachen. Zum Inventar gehören u. a. Fernseher, Radios, Kühlschrank, Herd, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Schränke sowie Ess- und Schreibtisch. Natürlich gibt es WLAN. In der Küche ist alles zu finden was zum Kochen gebraucht wird: Teller, Tassen, Besteck, Töpfe, Kaffeemaschine etc.

The apartment is only a two-minute walk from the Volkspark Schöneberg and 3 minutes from the Bundesplatz S-Bahn and U-Bahn station (Ringbahn and U9). A bakery is diagonally opposite, an Indian restaurant right in front of the front door. Many other restaurants can be found in the immediate vicinity. Perelsplatz and Breslauerplatz are also just a few minutes' walk away. There is ice cream, cafe, cake and restaurants.
There are also supermarkets nearby: Edeka and Aldi. There is also an bio supermarket ten minutes away. In the immediate vicinity there are also: two cinemas, other restaurants (Arabic, Chinese, Vietnamese, Italian, Greek, etc.), late shopping (Späti).
For drivers: the motorway entrance/exit Wex-/Detmolderstraße can be reached in three minutes. Parking spaces can be found directly in front of the house.
Die Wohnung ist zu Fuß nur zwei Minuten vom Volkspark Schöneberg und 3 Minuten vom S- und U-Bhf Bundesplatz (Ringbahn und U9) entfernt. Ein Bäcker ist schräg gegenüber, ein indisches Restaurant direkt vor der Haustür. Viele weitere Restaurants sind in unmittelbarer Umgebung zu finden. Auch der Perelsplatz und Breslauerplatz sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Dort gibt es Eis, Café, Kuchen und Restaurants.
Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in unmittelbarer Umgebung: Edeka und Aldi. Fünf bis zehn Minuten weg ist auch eine LPG. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es außerdem: zwei Kinos, weitere Restaurants (arabisch, chinesisch, vietnamesisch, italienisch, griechisch etc.), Spätkauf.
Für Autofahrer: die Autobahnauffahrt/Abfahrt Wex-/Detmolderstraße ist in drei Minuten erreichbar. Parkplätze sind direkt vor dem Haus zu finden.
