helle, ruhige 2-Zimmer-Whg im SoldinerKiez

Wir vermieten unsere einfache aber schöne 2-Zimmerwohnung mit kleinem Balkon für ein Jahr (Sept.2014-Juli 2015). Das Haus ist teilsaniert. Die Wohnung liegt im Hinterhaus und ist sehr hell. Dielen in allen Räumen und hohe Decken, Wohnküche, allerdings nur ein kleines Bad. Die Whg. vermieten wir teilmöbliert, da wir uns noch nicht ganz eingerichtet haben: Wohnküche mit Tisch, Couch und Stühlen. Die Küche selbst ist voll eingerichtet(basics an Geschirr, Besteck, Töpfen, Toaster, Wasserkocher..). Dann gibt es im kleineren Zimmer ein Doppelbett und einen kleinen Schrank und im Wohnzimmer derzeit nur ein kleines Sofa, ein Regal und das Klavier.

Die Wohnung ist ideal für ein Paar (oder eine 2er-WG). Das kleinere Zi ist 16 2m gross, das Wo-zimmer 21 2m.

Die Nebenkosten ergeben sich aus 75 Euro Fix-Stromkosten (da auch Warmwasserboiler) und 25 Euro Internet (kein Festnetzanschluss). Auch die GTZ-Gebühren werden entrichtet. Heizungskosten sind in der Kaltmiete enthalten, da dies direkt über das Wohngeld, das wir monatlich zahlen, abgerechnet wird.

Wir vermieten die Wohnung für ein Jahr, da wir in Madrid wohnen und nur im Monat August in Deutschland sind.

We are renting our flat for one year as we live in Madrid and we only stay in Berlin in the month of August. The flat is quiet, bright and sunny (in summer-time), has two rooms (16 and 21 m2), a kitchen living and a small bathroom. As it is an old building, the flat has wooden floors and high ceilings.

Our flat is ideal for a couple if you are looking for some temporary place to stay and if you don't have too much furniture for the time being... It is, however, semi-furnished as we haven't had time to furnish it completly, yet.. There is a table, a sofa and chairs in the kitchen, which is fully equipped. There are all kitchen utensils you might need (basics in regard to dishes, pots, pans and appliances...).
In the smaller room there is a double bed and a small cupboard and in the big room there is just a bookshelf, a small sofa and our piano..

The additional costs are 75 Euros for electricity (as the flat has also a boiler for warm water) and 25 Euros (internet). There is no landline conection. However, heating and TV and radio-taxes are included.
