Its treetops can be admired very well from the third floor of the house. The tram is only 2MIN walk. You are also just 2 stops away from the main train station and in the city center of Bochum. Furthermore, the bus stop that takes you directly to the Ruhrpark (cinema, shopping center) in just 15MIN right outside the door. Supermarkets such as Rewe, Netto, Rossmann and Co. are within walking distance. A perfect place also for couples or families.

Mein Partner und ich planen zurück nach berlin zuziehen für eine Weile, aber mindestens ein Jahr. Wenn alles wie geplant verläuft, kannst du die Wohnung bereits im April beziehen.
