Die Mietzeit beträgt 1 Monat ab dem 14. August bis 14. September. Eine Mietdauer von zwei Wochen oder einem Monat ist möglich.
Die Wohnung ist möbliert, stilvoll eingerichtet und eignet sich perfekt für ein Paar oder eine Einzelperson. (Wichtige Info: Die Wohnung eignet sich nicht für WGs, also sind die Zimmer zu ungleich aufgeteilt).
Es gibt unter anderem
- lichtdurchflutetes Wohnzimmer mit Schreibtisch, Ecksofa (ausklappbar), Einbauregalen und Esstisch
- großer Einbauschrank im Flur
- Doppelbett im Schlafzimmer mit zweitem Schreibtisch
- Einbauküche mit Herd, Ofen, Kühlschrank, Mirkowelle und Spülmaschine
- Bad mit Dusche, Toilette und Waschmaschine

I am looking for a short term tenant for my beautiful old apartment on the market square in the city center of Tübingen.
The rental period is for 1 month starting August 14th until September 14th. A rental period of either two weeks or one month is possible.
The apartment is stylishly furnished, and is perfect for a couple or an individual. (Important information: The apartment is not suitable for shared rooms, but the rooms are too uneven).
There are among other things:
- light-flooded living room with desk, corner sofa (fold-out) and dining table
- large built-in wardrobe in the corridor
- Double bed in the bedroom with second desk
- fitted kitchen with stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave oven and dishwasher
- bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine
Please let me know if you are interested so we can meet and tour the apartment. My German is terrible, but I speak English and some Spanish. Thanks!
Die Lage befindet sich im Zentrum der Altstadt. Der Morgenmarkt liegt direkt vor den Fenstern, und die Kneipen / Restaurants sind ganz in der Nähe. Fünf Minuten zu Fuß zur Neckerbrücke, 10 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof und in der Nähe der Universität.

The location is in the center of oldtown. The morning market is right outside the windows, and the pubs/restaurants are very close. Five minutes walk to Neckerbrucke, 10 minutes to central train station, and close to University.
