Furnished apartment with balcony and kitchen Möblierte Wohnung mit Balkon und Küche

I offer a furnished 1 bedroom apartment in Mehlem (An der Nesselburg) with own kitchen(the kitchen is unfortunately in a very bad condition), bathroom and a small balcony on which you can also sit.

The apartment also includes a parking space directly in front of the house, which is already included in the total rental (50 €). The furniture is only one and a half years old and therefore in very good condition, almost as new. The bathroom is modern and well maintained. The kitchen has smaller deficiencies (see photos), so I give them for free – only gas stoves and ovens should be purchased.

The bed is large and is also suitable for two persons, wardrobe, refrigerator and table are also included.
A washing machine is also available and can be taken over.

The connection is very good: Bonn Central Station is reachable by bus and train in just 25 minutes, while the bus stop is a short walk away. Supermarkets such as Lidl, Aldi, Net and HIT can be reached by bus in about 4 minutes.

The apartment is available from October.

Ich biete eine möblierte 1-Zimmer-Wohnung in Mehlem (An der Nesselburg) mit eigener Küche(die Küche ist leider in einer sehr schlecht kondition), Bad und einem kleinen Balkon, auf dem man auch sitzen kann.

Zur Wohnung gehört außerdem ein Stellplatz direkt vor dem Haus, der bereits in der Gesamtmiete (50 €) enthalten ist. Die Möbel sind erst anderthalb Jahre alt und daher in sehr gutem Zustand, fast wie neu. Das Badezimmer ist modern und gepflegt. Die Küche hat kleinere Mängel (siehe Fotos), daher gebe ich sie kostenlos dazu – lediglich Gasherd und Backofen müssten noch angeschafft werden.

Das Bett ist groß und eignet sich auch für zwei Personen,Kleiderschrank, Kühlschrank und Tisch sind auch dabei.
Eine Waschmaschine ist ebenfalls vorhanden und kann übernommen werden.

Die Anbindung ist sehr gut: Der Bonner Hauptbahnhof ist mit Bus und Bahn in nur 25 Minuten erreichbar, die Bushaltestelle liegt eine Gehminute entfernt. Supermärkte wie Lidl, Aldi, Netto und HIT sind mit dem Bus in ca. 4 Minuten zu erreichen.

Die Wohnung ist ab Oktober verfügbar.
