Das Wohnzimmer hat eine offene Küchenzeile und bekommt durch die Balkontür gut Licht. Der Flur ist relativ breit, sodass man hier gut Schränke und Stauraum schaffen kann. Das Badezimmer wurde vor 2 Jahren renoviert und hat eine Duschbadewanne und eine Waschmaschine.
Ein Kellerabteil, sowie ein Fahrradabteil gehören ebenfalls zur Wohnung.

The bedroom contains a fitted bed (175x140) and a chest of drawers. The wide corridor contains a wardrobe, closet and a garderobe. The refurbished bathroom contains a washing machine and a shower as well as a window.
The flat has a cellar room and a bike room.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Johannstadt in direkter Elbnähe. Die Waldschlösschenbrücke oder die Albertbrücke sind schnell mit dem Fahrrad oder zu Fuß überquert für einen Ausflug in die Neustadt. Die Altstadt ist mit dem Fahhrad in 15 min auch erreicht.
Die Wohnung hat ideale Nähe zum Uniklinikum.
Öffentliche Verkehrmittel sind schnell erreicht. Busse fahren in direkter nähe und Bahnen sind in 5-10 min erreicht.

Da ich ins Ausland ziehe würde ich gerne meine Möbel in der Wohnung lassen. Der Abschlag beinhaltet unter anderem die Waschmaschine (2 jahre alt), ein Bett (175x140), ein Schlafsofa, ein Kleiderschranke, Kommoden und diverse andere Sachen wie Gardienen und Duschvorrichtung.
