Die Wohnung befindet sich im 7. OG in einem Gebäude mit Aufzug. Es sind 15 Minuten zu Fuß zur SLUB- und TUD-Campus sowie 20 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof. Die Wohnung liegt direkt an der Haltestelle Strehlener Platz (Straßenbahn 46, Bus 66). Es gibt Netto als auch Lidl um die Ecke. Wasaplatz mit DM, Frida und unserem Lieblings-Teeladen ist 10 Minuten zu Fuß von hier :)
Diejenigen, die gerne laufen oder einfach viel spazieren, können es den Großen Garten in 10 Minuten sowie einen kleineren Park in 5 Minuten erreichen.
Rund um das Gebäude gibt es sehr gute Parkmöglichkeiten.

The flat is located on 7th floor in a building with an elevator. 15 minutes on foot from SLUB and TUD campus, 20 min from main railway station (Hauptbahnhof) and right at the tram stop Strehlener Platz (tram 46, bus 66). There are both Netto and Lidl right at the corner and Wasaplatz with DM, Frida and our favourite tea shop at 10-minute walk :)
For those who like running or just having nice walks, you can reach Großen Garten in 10 min walk or a smaller park in just 5 ;-)
Around the building there are many small streets with free parkings.
