The apartment building is conveniently located on Wandsbeker Chaussee within 1 minutes walk of the U1 underground station and within 5 minutes walk of the S1 train station and the central train station is only 8 minutes by public transport. The city centre can also be reached by bike in 10-15 minutes.
There are multiple supermarkets (Netto City, EDEKA Centre Gillert, REWE and ALDI Nord) nearby as well as many restaurants and cafes in the vicinity. Wandsbek-Markt is also nearby with many department stores.
