Hey,
ich ziehe in eine andere Stadt und für die Zeit in der ich dort etwas Festes gefunden habe, suche ich einen Zwieschenmieter (12. April bis 1. Juni Mai). Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert, befindet sich im Dachgeschoss und ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Die monatliche Warmmiete beträgt 550. Für den ersten halben Monat (12.4 - 30.4.) macht das 330€. Für den Monat Mai 550, für den gesamten Mietzeitraum also 880. Es besteht eventuell die Möglichkeit die Wohnung danach auch zu übernehmen.
Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, sonnig und extrem ruhig gelegen. Edeka und Lidl sind um die Ecke, genauso wie die Buslinie 13. In der Nähe ist außerdem ein schöner Park und der Kanal, wo man super spazieren gehen kann.

I move to another city and I look for a tenant until i have found something permanent (12th of April to 1st of June). The apartment is fully furnished, on the top floor and very quiet. The monthly warm rent amounts to 550. For the first half month (12.4 - 30.4.) that makes 330€, for May 550 and for the entire rental period (12th of April to 1st of June) 880. There is also the possibility to take over the apartment afterwards .
The apartment is very spacious, sunny and extremely quiet. Edeka and Lidl are around the corner, as well as the bus line 13. Nearby is also a beautiful park and the canal, where you can go for a nice walk.
