The apartment is located in Laim on the inner edge of the city center. The location is perfect for people who want to get to the city quickly and prefer a relaxed area. Just in front of the front door are metro, tram and buses with which you have perfect connection to the city centre (e.g. main station in about 6-8 min., Odeonsplatz in about 12-15 min.).
In addition, things like supermarkets, pharmacy, pelvics, cafes, building markets and gyms are within walking distance.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in Laim am inneren Rand zur Stadtmitte. Die Lage ist perfekt für Leute, die schnell in die Stadt kommen wollen und eine entspannte Gegend bevorzugen. Quasi direkt vor der Haustüre befinden sich U-Bahn, Straßenbahn und Busse, mit denen man perfekte Anbindung ins Stadtzentrum hat (z.B. Hauptbahnhof in ca. 6-8 min., Odeonsplatz in ca. 12-15 min.).
Zudem befinden sich Dinge wie Supermärkte, Apotheke, Becker, Cafés, Baumärkte und Fitnessstudios in Fußreichweite.

Since a lot of effort has been invested in the establishment of the apartment and I personally care about it, a reliable sub-renter is quite important to me, which keeps the apartment in a good condition over the period.

Da in die Einrichtung der Wohnung sehr viel Aufwand geflossen ist und mir persönlich viel daran liegt, ist mir ein/e verlässliche/r Untermieter/in recht wichtig, welche/r die Wohnung über den Zeitraum in einem guten Zustand hält.
