Studio Apartment for Student only. Available to move in starting November 1st, but we are flexible to other move-in dates.
The unit counts with a small corridor, the bathroom and the living studio area (including a build-in kitchen).
Kitchen includes a refrigerator, kitchen stove with four electric plates, the sink, a two-level oven and many storage space as well as a ventilation mechanism. The bathroom si fully equipped with the sink and hybrid shower and bath tub. The unit also counts with a spacious closet space with hanging racks and a window with view to the OlyTower.
Two functioning elevator. Washing and drying machines are available on the building.
Additionally, it includes a storage room on the sub-level of the building (Keller) and space for bicycles in the innerplaza of the building.
Reparations: Some aspects of the apartment are older and in need of reparations. For example, the ventilation mechanism on the bathroom is currently not working, and there is unfinished work on a wall. This can probably be fixed in the long-term if discussed with the Mieter (Landlord)
The studio apartment is in a Student building in the center of munich.
The U2 subway station "Hohenzollerplatz" is 7min away on foot.
Two station of the Tram Line 27 (around 2 to 3 minutes away from foot) connect you directly to Karzplatz, Sendlinger Tor and the center of the city.
It is less that 13 minutes away from the main central station if you take the subway.
Nordbad is also around 7 minutes on foot. From there, you can directly reach the LMU or Münchener Freiheit if you need connection to the U6.
There is different supermarket option nearby, like a Rewe 2 minutes away on foot and a Penny around 10 minutes away. Additionally there are drugstores, a Müller, Libraries, stores, restaurants and parks all a few minutes away.
You must be a student.
700 euros is the monthly rent. However, 120 euros of that each month serves as a deposit for the Nebenkosten. If not all that money used in the gas or water each month, you will get it back at the end of the year.
The Landlord will ask a proof of ability to pay for you.
