Bright apartment, 2nd arrondissement, three windows Helle Wohnung, 2. Arrondissement, drei Fenster

The apartment is located in the center of Paris in the 2nd arrondissement. The Louvre is located in the 1st arrondissement and is within walking distance, just like the Seine and the "Grands Boulevards". The apartment is located exactly between rue Beauregard and rue de Cléry, with windows to both streets. The beautiful and lively pedestrian area rue Montorgueil is 10 minutes walk away and the "Grands Boulevards" is just down the street. Two metro stations are also around the corner, although almost everything can be done on foot from this location. Although the apartment is very central, it is completely quiet, not only for Parisian conditions, because the rue Beuregard is a small side street. At night there is absolutely nothing to hear, which amazes me again and again.

Die Wohnung liegt im Zentrum von Paris im 2. Arrondissement. Der Louvre liegt im 1. Arrondissement und ist zu Fuß erreichbar, genauso wie die Seine und die "Grands Boulevards". Die Wohnung liegt genau zwischen der rue Beauregard und der rue de Cléry, wobei es Fenster zu beiden Straßen gibt. Die schöne und belebte Fußgängerzone rue Montorgueil ist 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und auf die "Grands Boulevards" kommt man direkt die Straße hinunter. Zwei Metrostationen sind auch gleich um die Ecke, obwohl von dieser Lage aus fast alles zu Fuß erledigt werden kann. Obwohl die Wohnung sehr zentral liegt, ist sie völlig ruhig, nicht nur für Pariser Verhältnisse, denn die rue Beuregard ist eine kleine Nebenstraße. Nachts ist absolut nichts zu hören, was mich selbst immer wieder erstaunt.

Ideally long term rental! So for internship, study, doctorate, scientific stay. They are completely independent as tenants. So if the faucet should drop (which usually does not happen), please don't call me "en catastrophe" in Germany, but just buy it and screw it up. I'll pay for it, of course. My tenants are usually long-term renters who are allowed to change or set up the apartment according to their taste, sometimes even repaint if desired. New furnishings often remain in the apartment. Current photos of what the apartment looks like at the moment, I am happy to send by e-mail.

Idealerweise Langzeitvermietung! Also für Praktikum, Studium, Promotion, wissenschaftlicher Aufenthalt. Sie sind als Mieter ganz selbstständig. Also wenn der Wasserhahn tropfen sollte (was normalerweise nicht passiert), mich bitte nicht in Deutschland "en catastrophe" anrufen, sondern einfach neu kaufen und ranschrauben. Meine Mieter sind meist Langzeitmieter, die die Wohnung nach ihrem Geschmack verändern oder auch einrichten dürfen, gelegentlich sogar neu streichen, wenn gewünscht. Neue Einrichtungsgegenstände bleiben dann oft in der Wohnung drin. Aktuelle Fotos, wie die Wohnung im Augenblick aussieht, versende ich bei Interesse gerne per Email.
