as I am currently in Berlin and work, I rent from October, 3-6 months, possibly also for longer, my small and very fine, freshly renovated studio in the 17e Paris Epinettes/Batignolles. We can make a flexible start and withdrawal date.

The studio is located not far from the Avenue de Clichy in the quiet side street Rue des Moines, near the Eglise des Batignolles and the Square des Batignolles, probably one of the most beautiful and tourist-indiscovered neighborhoods in Paris. Not far from Place De Clichy, Rue des Dames, Pont Cardinet and the 18eme. The studio is quiet in the backyard on the 1st and last floor. A small back house with only 3 other neighbors (no 6 floors stairways and well protected in summer by the heat in the city). It has a large window, tiled shower, kitchen niche, refrigerator, chairs, bed and table. The newly renovated toilet is located in the hallway and is only privately used by you. Bikes can be safely parked in the courtyard. There is also a beautiful Victorian armchair in the studio. It is equipped with everything, only your suitcases would have to be brought. ; In the front house there is also ideally a launderette.
Rent is 600 all inclusive per month (incl. house money, electricity, internet).
Deposit is 800 euros, which you will of course return directly after key transfer and acceptance.
Metros nearby: Ligne 14 Pont Cardinet, Ligne 13 Brochant and La Fourche (front door), Ligne 2 Place de Clichy.

da ich zurzeit in Berlin bin und arbeite, vermiete ich ab Oktober, 3-6 Monate evtl. auch für länger, mein kleines und sehr feines, frisch renoviertes Studio im 17e Paris Epinettes/Batignolles. Ein- und Auszugsdatum können wir flexibel ausmachen.

Das Studio befindet sich unweit der Avenue de Clichy in der ruhigen Seitenstrasse Rue des Moines, unweit der Eglise des Batignolles und des Square des Batignolles entfernt, vermutlich eines der schönsten und touristisch unentdecktesten Viertel von Paris. Unweit auch vom Place De Clichy, der Rue des Dames, Pont Cardinet und dem 18eme. Das Studio liegt ruhig im Hinterhof im 1. und letzten Stock. Ein kleines Hinterhaus mit nur 3 weiteren Nachbarn (keine 6 Stockwerke Treppenlaufen und im Sommer gut geschützt von der Hitze in der Stadt). Es hat ein großes Fenster, geflieste Dusche, Küchennische, Kühlschrank, Stühle, Bett und Tisch. Die ebenfalls frisch renovierte Toilette befindet sich auf dem Flur und wird nur privat von Dir genutzt. Fahrrad kann man sicher im Innenhof abstellen. Außerdem befindet sich ein schöner viktorianischer Sessel im Studio. Es ist mit allem ausgestattet, nur euren Koffer müsstet ihr noch mitbringen. ;) Im Vorderhaus befindet sich zudem idealerweise ein Waschsalon.
Miete liegt bei 600 all incl. pro Monat (inkl. Hausgeld, Strom, Internet).
Kaution beträgt 800 Euro, die du natürlich direkt wieder zurückbekommst nach Schlüsselübergabe und Abnahme.
