Hallo,

Ich suche einen Untermieter für mein Studio in Paris in der Nahe vom Trocadero und Etoile. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer Privatstrasse, Tag und Nacht überwacht.
Die Raumaufteilung ist sehr gut überlegt mit einem tollen Hochbett, einer kleinen Küche und einem Badebereich. Ich suche eine Person für die Sommermonate. ;)

Zahlreiche Bar, Restaurants, Märkte und Supermärkte in unmittelbarer Nähe. 6min zu Fuss bis zur Metro Victor Hugo und 7 min bis zur Metro Trocadero, 8min zu den Champs-Elysées und Etoile.

Trotzdem die Wohnung im absoluten Zentrum liegt, ist es nachts und auch tagsüber sehr ruhig, da die Wohnung nicht direkt zur Strasse liegt.

Wenn ihr weitere Fragen habt, oder vorbeikommen wollt zum anschauen, freue ich mich.

Ich suche wirklich nur ruhige und seriöse Leute. Dadurch dass es eine Untermiete sein wird, möchte ich, dass die Person respektvoll und sorgsam mit dem Mobiliar und der Einrichtung umgeht. Es ist wichtig, dass die Nachtruhe ab 22h mit gemäßigter Lautstärke eingehalten wird zum Wohl aller Mitbewohner im Gebäude.
