The apartment is fully furnished, with a pole dance in the living room. You will find it with two missing lamps (in the living room and in the bedroom). Unfortunately, the washing machine is not working. In case I won't have time to find a fix for it, you can choose to change or fix it yourself, and this will of course be discounted from the renting price. The apartment will be free from end of September until the end of November.

Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert, mit einem Pole Dance im Wohnzimmer. Sie finden es mit zwei fehlenden Lampen (im Wohnzimmer und im Schlafzimmer). Leider funktioniert die Waschmaschine nicht. Falls ich keine Zeit habe, eine Lösung dafür zu finden, können Sie wählen, ob Sie das Problem selbst ändern oder reparieren möchten. Dies wird natürlich vom Mietpreis abgezogen. Die Wohnung ist von Ende September bis Ende November frei.

The apartment is located in Stotteritz, in a 3-min walk stop from the tram line 4 and bus 74, and a 2-min walk from the stop of the bus line 79. The apartment has 2,5 rooms and a small balcony. The building is equiped with an elevator, and is above a Rewe, very close to a Lidl and a Rossmann. A bakery and other services are also in a short walking distance.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in Stotteritz, 3 Gehminuten von der Straßenbahnlinie 4 und Bus 74 sowie 2 Gehminuten von der Haltestelle der Buslinie 79 entfernt. Die Wohnung verfügt über 2,5 Zimmer und einen kleinen Balkon. Das Gebäude ist mit einem Aufzug ausgestattet und liegt über einem Rewe, ganz in der Nähe eines Lidl und eines Rossmann. Eine Bäckerei und andere Dienstleistungen sind ebenfalls in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar.
