The zimner are 17sqm and due to the high ceilings it even looks a little bigger. This is the largest room in the whole wg mot two large windows. Even if we live in the first floor, the sun here always comes mega well in!
To this is with us two roads further also an old bridge which is completely covered with trees from there you have a beautiful view over leipzig!

Das zimner sind 17qm und durch die hohen decken sieht es sogar ein wenig größer aus. Dies ist das größte zimmer in der ganzen wg mot zwei großen fenstern. Auch wenn wir im ersten stock wohnen kommt die sonne hier immer mega gut rein!
Zu dem ist bei uns zwei straßen weiter auch eine alte brücke die komplett bewachsen ist mit bäumen von dort aus hat man ein schönen ausblick über leipzig !

Auch wenn es ein wenig abgelegen ist, ist man dennoch sehr zentral zu kolerstraße, breite straße und zur eisi läuft man 10 minuten jeweils das heißt mit fahrrad ist man noch schneller.
Man ist im zentrum von drei hotspot punkten leipzigs. Der lene und der reudniz park sind auch nur 10 minuten entfernt. Zudem ist zwei straßen weiter von uns eine kleine fabrik wo im sommer geheime raves und veranstaltungen stadtfinden :)
